You can send your order to another recipient by sending a message on the store's WhatsApp with the recipient's information (name and contact number), indicating your desire to send it as a gift, and writing the dedication text on the gift card. We will then contact the recipient and deliver the order after you complete the payment process.

يتم توصيل الطلبات في نفس اليوم داخل مدينة جدة فقط إذا تم الطلب قبل الساعة 3 عصرًا بشرط أن يكون المنتج مصنف في المتجر انه قابل للإستلام بنفس اليوم ، حيث بعض المنتجات تكون مصنفة بالإستلام من ٢ -٣ أيام عمل أما إذا تم الطلب بعد هذا الوقت، فيتم التوصيل في اليوم التالي، ما عدا يوم الجمعة، حيث يتم توصيل الطلبات يوم السبت. حاليا لا يوجد شحن خارج مدينة جدة

Natural plants cannot be returned after receipt.
